The Stack Pillow Project is one of my startup campaigns that has been launched on Kickstarter and is currently in the process of mass production preparation. It is designed with a dual-layer system, consisting of an upper layer made of vegan down that provides ultimate comfort and boosts air circulation, and a lower layer of memory foam that provides support and enables spinal alignment.

Quick 2D and 3D brainstorming section. Ergonomic around the neck area is the top priority throughout the entire project.
Rounds and rounds of prototypes had been done to test out the best internal configuration.
Prototype with exterior cover. The stacking structure speaks to the duo layer. It has a firm lower foundation to provide neck support, plus a soft upper layer for extra comfort.
The leftover material is used for an eye cover that comes with the product. The pocket of the stack is also designed to be the pocket of the eye cover, as well as ear plugs and relevant sleep accessories.
